North Cotswold Food and Farming Festival
Sunday 30th September 10.30 - 4.30 at Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park Free Entrance!
Get ready for the third North Cotswold Food & Farming Festival which promises to be on an even larger scale. It's being relocated to a bigger area allowing for more stall holders to their September event, and will include many more activities for a great family day out.
In addition to up to 50 stall holders the organisers are delighted that Tractor Ted will be attending the event with Digger Den. Local food producers will be selling food from beef, cheese and relishes to handmade chocolate, bread and puddings. With many stalls interactive as well as pottery painting, candle making and face painting, everyone will be able to get involved in the day.
Rob Rees and Adam Henson will be giving live food demonstrations alongside other local chefs and food producers. In addition to the Cotswold Farm Park's smallholder area, there will be a wildlife walk, farm machinery on display and live music, as well as a presence from rural colleges and charities including the Royal Agricultural College and the National Trust.
All proceeds from the Raffle will go to The Wiggly Worm
, a charity that exists to improve health and well-being amongst the vulnerable and disadvantaged. Adam Henson, Director of the Cotswold Farm Park said: "I'm delighted that the North Cotswold Food and Farming Festival is going from strength to strength. I believe this is due to the local producers who are supporting the event in ever increasing numbers, as well as visitors from Gloucestershire and much further afield, who are keen to sample really great food."
Stall-holders include Love My Cow, Sophie's Baked Delights, Bensons Totally Fruity
with Adam Henson's Sausages, The Cotswold Chocolate Company, Lower Lodge Bakery, Ross and Ross Food, Relish the Taste,
